Casa do Sobreiro is located in Vila Nova de Cerveira, in the parish of Campos, next to the greenway that borders the River Minho.Here peace is guaranteed, with a private green surroundings of more than 2000m2. Fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden, available to guests, a lake with koi fish and a fountain, a charming grove of conifers and other trees, where one feels like wandering at will.The living room and dining room are open space. In the dining room we have a table that easily accommodates 12 people, with the possibility of being opened to accommodate another 6. There is a large wine cellar, available to guests in an honesty bar regime. And if you miss a reference, just ask, and it will be at your table!In the living area, the huge L-shaped sofa faces the fireplace and the flat-screen TV, where you can catch up on series… there is also a games table and a snooker table.The climate is excellent, with air conditioning, central heating and a fireplace ensuring all the necessary comfort.The architecture of the house is extremely practical, on a single floor and with an L-shaped plan, with large windows that let in sunlight and give direct access to the pool lawn.In the large hall leading to the common areas are the entrances to two bedrooms, one of which has two beds with two pull-out drawers and the other with a semi-double bed and a sofa bed.
