Location, location, location!
Perfect apartment for a couple or a small family with a child. The pool area is also lovely and the apartment is located just 5 minutes away from the marina, very easy to access by foot. Would stay again!

Great View over Vilamoura Marina
Lovely duplex apartment with great views over Vilamoura. Kitchen included dishwasher and washing machine and stovetop. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Bed was firmer than I like but was OK. Nice balcony.

A Return to Vilamoura
By far the location and the view from this charming one bedroom apartment is fabulous. Perfect for any couple for a long term or short term stay. With three grocery stores in the area, just steps from the Marina, and close enough to walk to the Quarteira boardwalk and beach. My wife and I fell in love with Portugal seven years ago and this was our first return since Covid started we are very determined to return.

We were met by the owner, shown around, shown how things worked. It's a lovely apartment. Within 5 mins walk of the marina, a little further to a supermarket. The balcony is sunny in the morning and cool and fresh in the evening. The veiws are fabulous. We were there 5 nights and would not hesitate to return or recomend

A lovely place close to the harbor and shops, supermarket nearby, beaches and restaurants galore, enjoyed the stay, and the owner is very helpful and responsive.

Honest opinion.
This apartment is in a great location for accessing the marina and surrounding area with lots of bars and good restaurants. The views over the marina and surrounding area is great and Antonio the owner was always available to sort any issues. The only problem we had with our stay was the condition of the pool, there were no sunbeds available and there was a lot of grease on the pool tiles and pool steps and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for some time. However anyone wanting a apartment with super views and a great location I would give this the thumbs up.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in during past 20 years. Spotless and well equipped with views over the Marina and Villamoura. Close to beaches and bars. The owner is most accommodating and easy to contact. Will we return - WITHOUT DOUBT. Fantastic holiday.

This apartment is in the perfect location for Vilamoura marina and beaches with both being a short walk being. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and with being on the 7th floor is quite while offering great viewsover the marina and town. I would highly recommend

We had a great holiday at this apartment, location excellent near the marina but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The pool area is good, however we missed having a sunbed to lie and enjoy the sun. We hope to come and enjoy a holiday in this apartment again in future. It is exactly as the photos portray.

Excellent apartment in great location
The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The location is ideal as it is very quiet but is only around 3 minutes wallk to the marina and to many bars and restaurants. The supermarket is also only a few minutes walk away. Previious reviews have mentioned the lack of sun loungers around the pool. There are in fact a few loungers which can be rented at a cost of 5 euro per day or you can lie on the grass. The pool area was quiet for most of the week and is very spacious. The pool bar was closed during our stay - it would have been nice if it had been open as it was very hot by the pool. All in all a great apartment which we would use again.

Great location , less than 5 mins from marina . Spacious , clean , brilliant views . Well equipped .
The property had a modern feel to it , nice shaped building with lots windows giving great views . Very clean , balcony sunny position overlooking marina . Had nice modern art work up giving a homely feeling to the place . Well equipped and very spacious . Secure entrance and lift to all floors . Never used pool but looked very nice . Owner very helpful and goid communication Overall would recommend and certainly use it again !

Clean comfortable apartment with stunning views.
The apartment is on the 7th floor with stunning views over the town & the marina, it has a decent balcony with a table & chairs. It is clean & modern apartment, the lifts were always working and it is in a nice quiet area. The marina is only 5 mins walk away but there are plenty of bars/restaurants around the Edifcio Delta Marina - would recommend restaurant Retinto & Vintage Gin bar. If you have a car there is plenty of free parking around the apartments. The best part is watching the sunset - spectacular! The only negative was the lack of sunbeds round the pool - however you can buy a lilo in the town for less than 10 euros.

Great views very clean and spacious , great appartment.
We stayed for 10 nights in June 17 . It's really quiet no noise from other appartment s. Which we liked. The new kitchen is lovely. Has all you need .the bed was comfortable an the bathroom was grand. ( shower may need some attention as one of the wall sprays stayed on all the time but wasn't a big issue) Very close to all the resturants and Marina . Beach about 20 minutes stroll away. Beach beds are quite expensive 17euro per day or 12 for half day. . Reastaurants Braganca Mar and Italian Boccaccio Dalla Verita in Edifficio Delta Marina a block just behind the marina were very good. Great value and great portions of food. Really recommend them. Would return again

The penthouse apt is fantastic with views to die for the only negative thing about it is the pool area which is lovely and very private but doesn't have any sunbeds and when you read as much as I do its pretty uncomfortable sitting on a chair or lying on the grass .

The property was exactly as described in photos.View was magnificant.
We were met by Antonio the owner who was friendly. Both the beach and marina were just a short walk away.There were two pools a kids pool and a larger pool in a garden area.The only down side there was no housekeeping which meant taking rubbish to a nearby bin and no fresh towels.
