Nice rooms minus the random bugs flying in , they offer wifi that doesn’t work. Have to tell them to clean you room or they WONT. Restaurant only open weekends

Hotel desconecta el internet por las noches
El primer dia nos cortaron el internet las 10:15 pm el segundo dia a la media noche y al querer comunicarnos ya no hay nadie en recepcion ni en el hotel, en la publicacion no aclaran que no es permitido meter algun tipo de bebida o alimento a tu habitacion y solicitan $1,500 en efectivo al ingresar como fondo ademas de firmar una hoja con las penalizaciones de la cual no te dan copia. El hotel esta muy bien cuidado, limpio y buena comida, lastima de no contar standares correctos de servicio.

EXCELENTE LUGAR !!! Desde que llegas al check in son amables, me ofrecieron early check in así que pude disfrutar mas tiempo el lugar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y con lo necesario, el baño es amplio. El servicio por parte de todo el staff es buenisimo!!! Te atienden siempre con una sonrisa y siempre dispuestos a apoyarte y servir en lo que se ofrezca. A las 9 pm pedí que me calentaran a pizza de la tarde y sin problema lo hicieron. Un super lugar recomendado para salir de la rutina y escapar de la ciudad, tiene una vista INCREIBLE !!

Excelente opción para disfrutar en familia o pareja, lo sientes muy exclusivo y privado, muy buen servicio por todo el personal, muy limpio, los alimentos que consumimos excelentes, el agua de la alberca en su punto. Por mejorar creo que no estaría mal que las habitaciones con jacuzzi tengan para nivelar la temperatura con agua fria ya que sale hirbiendo nada más, la zona alrededor no es la mejor pero dentro te sientes en otro lugar, la vista es muy buena aunque el atarceder te pega el sol directo, nos tocaron pocas opciones de horarios para aprovechar el spa y ya no alcanzamos,, también por mejorar podría ser lo hermético de las habitaciones ya que se escuchaba mucho cuando pasaba alguien de limpieza al cuarto de a un lado y el último punto es que en el contrato viene una claúsula de que es muy probable que se encuentre uno con muchos tipos de insectos tales como el alacrán y no se hacen responsables por picaduras de estos, no se si sea la mejor redacción ya que aunque no nos tocó nada así gaD nos la pasamos buscando alacranes antes de dormir.
