I stayed at this hotel twice and I had a great experience each time. The staff are friendly and accommodating when possible. Asonte is such a sweetheart and very helpful!

The property overall is good. Our first night we had a terrible room, the air quality was poor, the room was run down. It was quite uncomfortable and I did not sleep that night. We were able to get a different room the following day when one became available. The hotel should have issued a refund for the first night. We did not ask, but we expected them to give the refund. They need to put that room out of circulation until it is upgraded. No one should be subjected to that type of room.

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean and safe rooms with good air conditioning and amenities. Lots of flies in the dining and bar area and long wait for simple food items which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise a good facility just needs a little improvement.

Very helpful staff during the hurricane. Had generator for power and Wifi in the hotel hurricane center. Gave the guests free meals during the hurricane until the restaurant reopened.
