Not good for the price.
The furniture looked like it was from the 90's and some of the fabric was worn off the couch. The shower had mold/mildew all around the door. The towels were wet and stained with someone's makeup. The balcony door was difficult to open. Some tiles around the shower entrance were broken. There was fishing line hanging from the sprinkler head in the room. The door had to be slammed to properly latch.

The staff were great from check-in to check-out. Everyone was very friendly, even the staff member I encountered in the elevator who was off duty was super friendly. The hotel and our room were very clean and beds were comfortable. The air conditioning in our room and the entire hotel did not appear to be working very well. Despite turning the temp down to 68 our room never got under 77 and our room felt cool in comparison to the rest of the hotel. We booked through hotels.com and shows laundry services as one of the amenities. However, there is not laundry service available. This was an issue as we were there for a three day track meet and had to find a laundry mat to wash my son's uniform. There is one fairly close by but is not in a great neighborhood. Overall, this was a great place to stay and would return but would prefer to do so during cooler weather or the AC working better.

The balcony had no chairs and was covered in cicadas and other bugs, the room was humid, I asked for a fan, never received one, also dirt spots on curtain windows the room had a dry sickly smell to it, the room needs an UPGRADE. Very slow staff, asked for coffee received it 30-45 min later.Was overall dissatisfied. The Hilton is "supposed" to be a respected name in the class of good hotels they need to renovate some of they're properties.

Bathroom was worn. Shower was tiny. Service was minimal. Pool was closed more than it was open. Over priced. Buffett was great and servers were nice. Overall, plenty of other choices in the area to get more for your money. This hotel was fine but I would choose something else next time.
