The halls are seriously dark and feel unsafe. The restaurant hours are terrible. The staff was not helpful and the rooms are not well kept: things are falling apart, one of the windows didn't work and there was saran wrap over the smoke detector. Seriously bad vibe all around.

Per essere un 4 stelle abbastanza trascurato, camere troppo calde di giorno, con il sole di giorno ci voleva la temperatura più bassa di qualche grado, la notte poteva andare bene, parco piscina trascurato, con molte zanzare la sera, pulizia scadente,e colazione non da 4 stelle, se avessi dovuto pagare di più, avrei scelto altro, per quello che offre, devono tenere prezzi bassi, altrimenti i clienti vanno altrove, magari più vicino al lago o a Verona.

Das Hotel war gefühlt wie Ballerman Styl. Hatte jetzt nichts mit Italenischen Flair zu tun wie man es sich in der Region vielleicht wünscht. Personal war mehr als Desinteressiert. Zimmer Staubig mit Spinnweben überall. Zimmer sind mehr als wie in die Jahre gekommen wie der rest der Anlage. Pensionen oder Privat Vermittet Wohnungen um denn See um weiten besser und vorallem Sauberer!

Bliv væk Første værelse: TV ikke kobler til (blev dog fikset) manglende rengøring.. Bruser sprøjtede alle retninger, stoppet afløb ødelagte bundpropper i vask og bad toiletskyl i stykker, møbelfronter knækket af.. og ikke en knage på værelset Klagede 4 gange før at vi fik et nyt værelse, og det var ikke nemt at overbevise dem om at det var nødvendigt.. Ved booking bad vi om værelse på en lav etage, men vi kom på 3. Poolen var fin men mangler en dybtegående rengøring.. Om natten gik brandalarmen, men den var så lav at der ikke var nogle på de andre værelser der vågnede.. ALLE branddøre er blokeret med kiler, -så de virker ikke.. Strømmen gik 7 gange den ene aften.. Talte med andre der fik værelser med skimmellugt, og hvor aircondition ikke virkede.. Værelse nr 2 var i meget bedre stand men dog stadig mangelfuld rengøring.. Der er ikke spa eller fitness på hotellet og lader ikke til at have været det i MEGET lang tid…- Ja det er billigt men lever ikke op til hvad de lover..

Styr unna dette hotellet. Kjempe skitten
Hotellet bærer preg av meget dårlig vedlikehold. Det er skittent og dårlig rengjort i de fleste områder. Ligger boss å flyter på ute areal. Frokosten består av skitne kopper og fat. Det er rett og slett ekkelt å ete mat der.

La struttura avrebbe grandi potenzialità sia per la posizione sia per i servizi che potrebbe offrire. Tuttavia la sporcizia è evidente fin dall’ingresso. Le terrazze sono discariche a cielo aperto. L’area piscina è piena di mozziconi di sigaretta sull’erba. La camera era sporca, piena di polvere, datata e poco curata. Un vero peccato!!!
