La primera vez estuve 5 noches fue excelente, la segunda vez estuve 3 noches fue pésima, mucho ruido e inseguridad por gente tomando licor y palabras altisonantes además de un recepcionista que no cumplió bien con su trabajo, pésimo

We had one night here. We only chose it because of the proximity to the airport. It was a nice hotel, nothing fancy. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Las almohadas estaban muy duras, sugeriría que las reemplacen por unas mas cómodas. Igualmente las toallas podrian estar en mejores condiciones. Y como comentario, las cobijas parecen de tela de cortina, pero cumplen su función

Pesimo servicio del recepcionista de la tarde, es la 2da vez que voy al mismo hotel pensando que esta ocasion iba a ser diferente pero la actitud del recepcionista hizo que no vuelva a considerar quedarme en ese hotel, fuera de eso todo estuvo bien, y el recepcionista de la mañana del dia 30-06-24 si fue amable

El personal de recepción no atiende bien, te habla muy mamon y por primera vez me dicen que si queria el control de la Tv tenia que dejar $100 y en ningun hotel de los que he estado me habian dicho esas tonterias, se supone que eso va incluido, por eso pagué la habitación. PÉSIMO SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL.
