"We had booked a junior suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. Location isn't the best i.e. not close to the city center but it's right across from santa justa train station (maybe convenient if you are travelling via train). Breakfast was good and Gabriel had the best customer service."

"The location of the hotel was hands down the most notable characteristic of the hotel, and is located very close to the Santa Cruz area, Alcazar, the cathedral and even Plaza de España. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available from the buffet. The staff members were friendly and one of them (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) took the time to basically explain the whole city map to us! The check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick and the room was comfortable and the balcony was very cute. The only thing that we wished was better was the safe box. It did not seem to work no matter how many times we tried. We mentioned it to a staff member but it was not much help, which was unfortunate and we had to store our valuables in our luggage. But overall, it was a great hotel. "
