Went to watch villarreal play football. Hotels was great but city itself was very disappointing. However it was a good trip overall.

We used this as an overnight stop on our way south. It was easy to find from the motorway. The staff were friendly and the hotel clean. We ate dinner in the hotel which was excellent and good value for money. There is plenty of secure underground parking and also a gymn and spa at no extra charge. Good value for money. The hotel is opposite to a large Carrefour store.

Handy for Benicassim festival
We stayed here for a concert - there weren't many places to have a proper meal and you would really have to have a car. Convenient for our our needs though.

Very nice staff but the hotel is on the older side
The hotel was fine but definitely not a 4 star hotel. The hotel was older and not well maintained, the shower was not very clean and the WIFI was horrible, I could not watch a 5 minute YouTube video without the video buffering for 10 mins. Also I found a couple of Huge bugs in my room at various times.

Great local hotel
This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable, quiet air conditioning with parking available if required. The room was quiet from street noise and within easy reach of restaurants locally. It's got a swimming pool, gym and sauna in the basement, easily accessed with room key, but with no natural light obviously. The reception staff were very helpful ...I needed a sewing kit and they helped me.

Comfortable room
Stayed at the Vila Real Palace on a business trip. The rooms are comfortable was clean with a good sized bathroom. Only two minor quibles, the room safe instructions are only in Spanish and the wifi in the room kept would not stay connected for more than a minute at a time. I did not mention these at the time as we arrived very late and left straight after breakfast. But the wifi problems appear to be a recurring theme so the hotel should look into this.

Hotel for Business Visitors
Hotel isn't for a vacation as it is situated in a commerical city, however we use the hotel as we have friends that live in the city. The hotel is OK, but could do with some investment. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and provide a great service. The hotel has a great view of the Fiesta's fireworks display.

Warning - Hotel location incorrect
This is a fine business hotel, with big clean rooms and excellent service. The down side is that the hotel is NOT in the town centre, but is on the outskirts, in between a Carrfour supermarket and and a Opel car dealer, next to a HUGE factory.
