This home is bright and airy with lots of windows and sliding glass doors that lead onto a wrap around deck.
Large sliding glass doors can be left open to allow the bay breeze in to the spacious, comfortable furnished living area.
Sit and relax on the deck and you will see some of the most amazing sunsets on the east coast!
Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed, bureau, desk area and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals after a day at the beach. There is a coffee and tea
bar to enjoy as well as an instant hot water tap right at the kitchen sink! The instant hot water tap is great for hot tea, cocoa or a quick cup of soup.
Living room has a smart TV, beautiful sofa that coverts to a futon bed and a cozy gas fireplace to enjoy when you visit us in the fall or winter.
The glassed in porch is off the living room and has books and games to enjoy or just relax and enjoy the bay views.
The bathroom is sparkling clean with sink, toilet, tub and shower. We supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
During summer months it's fun to take an outside shower; located under the house.
Good news....we supply all the linens! No need to pack sheets or bath towels. Just bring a beach towel.
We will have all the beds made and ready for your arrival!
In addition, we supply 4 beach tags to use during your stay to the beautiful beaches in Historic Cape May.
The lower level of the home has a full size washer and dryer plus beach chairs to use.
We have a table top grill outside to BBQ, a picnic table, plenty of chairs and a fire pit to enjoy under the stars!
The driveway is big enough for 2 cars and you are just steps away from the entrance to our sandy stretch of beach along the bay.
The neighborhood is residential and quiet.
Bring your bike or rent a bike and ride along the bay or through Cape May.
The area has so much to see and do for all ages.
Book a boat ride on the Whale Watcher, check out the shops on Washington Square Mall, dine at one of the many amazing restaurants in Cape May, play a round of golf or mini golf at a nearby course, visit the Cape May Zoo, rent a kayak at Miss Chris Kayaks and kayak through the back bays or just relax on the beach.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
2. PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e-mail you describing the details within 30 days.
3. OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES. regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made in writing. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
4. OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is ?. Guests must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. All guests age 2 and over are counted as guests. Any reservation made under false pretenses and/or any party falsely representing the number people in the home is subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair.
5. THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owners will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard.
6. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the
vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to
inoperable appliances, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.
7. KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 2 days before arrival either text or email with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys backin the lock box.
8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
9. LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental
agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs."
10. PAYMENT. As of the time of booking, the following charges are in effect. These charges may change over time as Renter requests other services.
