Pond at the foot of the gîte terrace (partially secure) which is shared by the owners, unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. Small private terrace on the kitchen side.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open workshop-style fitted kitchen (induction hob).
Floor: 2 bedrooms each with shower room/wc (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds). Washing machine and dryer in outdoor room.
Above ground swimming pool shared with the owners open from May to September 15
Additional equipment: wifi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD, baby equipment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets (40€ for the double bed and 20€ for each single bed), bathroom linen (20€ per person), obligatory cleaning fee (85€) and tourist tax.
