Room was very good, clean. Comfortable bed. The windows were on a busy street, but the noises did not disturb. The only unpleasant problem was - very unpleasant smell in the toilet. Maybe the smell was from sewer pipes, but it was quite bad.

Great location. Close to rail/bus station. Easy walk to old town. Nicely updated accommodations. Well set up shared kitchen to cook in. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful.

It was a great little guesthouse. The train station and bus station are only 5 minutes away; with the old town only a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for a 1 night stop. My only complaint was that the walls were very thin so I could hear the person next door snoring.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Good wifi, incredibly clean, good kitchen, blackout curtains, easy to communicate and check-in/out. I traveled solo and my room would have been a little tight, but certainly manageable for two people. The location was very close to the central bus station so taking the bus to and from the airport was easy, took 20 minutes, and cost a euro. I will note that the walls are a little thin, so next time I would request a room on the top floor to avoid noise from reception/the kitchen. If you leave your windows open to cool the room, there will be some street noise from cars and the (recommended) bar around the corner. I would happily stay here again.

Fully renovated & clean, we had a comfortable stay. Room is not overly large but sufficient. Windows towards the street but fully soundproof. Location is very close to old town

Room is clean, but noisy
We had to open the window as it’s the summer and there’s no a/c. The noise from the streets especially the bus was VERY loud. However this might not be a problem for those who sleep with the windows closed. The room was clean. We had the double room with private shower. The shower didn’t have a door, just a curtain, which wasn’t a problem for us, but might be good to know.

Close proximity to bus and train station
A very nice guesthouse with compact room and shared kitchen. Things are all clean, super close to Hales market, bus (with supermarket) and train station. Girl at reception very nice and will recommend places for local food. Just need to be aware of the entrance door which is a bit difficult to open.

Nice little gem a short walk from the train st.
Nice room for one person, clean and in good condition. There's also a communal area with tables and a fridge, which I didn't get the chance to enjoy. The area around the guesthouse may look a bit shabby but it is a relatively short walk to the city centre and shorter still to the train station, some of the sights (e.g. Gates of Dawn and the Catholic church Of All Saints) and the Vokiečių g. street with its restaurants and cafes.

Hotel looked brand new. Great stay
Looks average from outside but really nice inside. Clean and well looked after. Well decorated lobby, stairs and rooms with friendly staff. Room + bathroom size is ok, perfect if you’re dropping your bags and exploring the city

The place is in very nice condition.
The room is small but veey nice. It seems the whole place has been recently renovated. There is a commom kitchen and samll dining area you can use. I checked in at about 4pm and the girl in the reception welcomed me very nicely, but it seems that the is someone there inly dring business ours. Late at night, you are supposed to call someone if you need some assistance.

New property, no staff in sight.
This is a new property that seemed completely empty, there was no staff for the first 3 days. My room was so new it still had a bit of paint smell. The rooms are nice and well designed. A bit cramped, the bathroom is in an open configuration - a few feet from the bed, there is the shower and a shower curtain - no walls in between. There is a common kitchen with a fridge, microwave - everything you'd need to cook on your own. It's all mostly new and high-end. The area is very very close to the bus station. The rooms are quite if you keep the windows closed and expect no ventilation because there is no air conditioning. if you open the windows, It has cars going by all night/day and 2 bars that play music late. You would have to get used to this fact. Here's the problem I noticed, it has no staff. The day I checked in, I got an email with a code and the location of where my keys are. I didn't see another guest or staff for the next 3 days. The guesthouse was completely empty. The receptionist showed up on the third day, she was there after that from 9-5 but besides that you are on your own. Even when there were other guest, people generally kept to themselves. If you don't mind the isolation and a place with zero staff - I suppose this is a fine choice then, otherwise look elsewhere.
