I have stayed at this hotel several times and the room they put us in this stay had issues with the ceiling. It looked like water was leaking from the room above over by the air conditioning unit. The patch job that had been done did not fix the problem. There was also clealy water damage in the bathroom shower area.

Front desk staff friendly - especially Abby on night shift - always smiling and helpful. Very clean and spotless common areas (although a bit dated). Breakfast is average yet adequate - would be nice if more fresh fruit, yet there is protein daily. This hotel seems to have a lot of construction and contracter clientele - many trucks in parking lot. Quiet and did not hear anyone else from my room. Pool is small and indoor. Very close to a few restaurants. - Good value

I have stayed on this property at a variety of times during the span of 12 years, and have never had an issue. It is safe, clean, well stocked and the front desk members are always courteous and helpful. For being a University City, this hotel is one of the best! And it will continue to receive my business.

The front desk employees were nice and friendly (young man and woman), however the room we stayed in (213) was extremely musty and had someone's swimming trunks hanging in the bathroom. There seemed to be a moisture issue I'm the room, when we woke up, a book that had been laying on the carpet was damp with wrinkled pages. Breakfast was good and all staff were lovely.

Below standard of a Comfort Inn.
Room was fine. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee was brown water and tasteless. The juice/water machine was shut off. The eggs and sausage were cooked in the microwave in front of us. The only good thing was the waffles. There was no water in the fancy water dispenser in the lobby.
