No Smoking, No Pets: Keep it fresh and pet-free! No pets allowed, or it'll cost $200.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.
Pet Policy: Your pets may need their own vacation! Unfortunately, we aren't able to welcome them to the home right now.
Trash Policy: Place all trash in the dumpster throughout the complex. We do not recycle at this time.
Laundry: There are laundry machines in the middle of the complex. It is shared with the other guests in the condo, it is coin operated.
Parking Info: Two designated parking spots in front of the unit marked "5610 B".
