I liked sunrise view, the quiet room and the beds was comfortable, I saw the other views about the parking , the parking is not that bad or a long walk it's literally across the street and halfway down a short block, if you can't walk that then u shouldn't be at the beach, one note for the room though they might want to repaint or get new bathroom doors and a bigger trash can other than that I would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel, great location!
My wife and I have absolutely no complaints of our stay at Aqua Vista Resort Hotel, we had a good view of both the ocean and the city street. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, staff was very accommodating. Will look forward to stay there again in the future.

The original photos of this hotel was not what the reality was. The fact that I had windows that people could look through and had access to in the hallway was very uncomfortable. Maybe if I had an ocean side room it would have been better. And it just felt very unsafe, lot of suspicious people. I would not stay there again. Easy access to the beach which is nice, but there were a lot of other options for not much more price. The worst thing, was the smell of the elevator, it smelt like bleach covering up urine. I could not get over the smell of the elevator, and not having inspection sticker visible is also suspect. Oh and the floors in my room were so slippery like I could slide with my shoes on. And the room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Bathroom was alright, but seat was falling off and the sink outside of the bathroom was strange but that’s just an aesthetics thing.

The Hotel does not have a proper entrance door from the Beach, because you cannot use the Hotel key to open from outside.

1. No onsite Parking. You have to park a block away 2. If you book with a third party such as expedia, they charge you an extra $12 per night when you check in 3. Property not as pictures show, no rooftop acces as pictured to view the ocean.

Dirty, there’s hard floor so all you feel the whole time you’re there is the sand when you’re walking around, stains on curtains etc, elevator was terrible, microwave wasn’t functional, neighbors were too loud at 2am, the ac was nice and we liked that there was a balcony but we got one that was facing the city not the beach. Cleaning ladies really need to step it up really. And no breakfast included. Also, we paid $422 for this stay

A Leaky Bad Experience
Our room was on the third floor and when we walked into the room the first thing I said was that it didn’t feel clean. We quickly straightened up but mostly the floor needed to be swept from previous beach goers. We had to go downstairs to ask for face towels because the phone didn’t work and there were none. That night we discovered that the cable for the tv wasn’t connected, so my boyfriend had to connect it then I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom while sitting on the toilet water started dripping on me from above. The ceiling leaked all night and the patio facing the beach only had one chair and it was also leaking from the a/c so we couldn’t enjoy that much either! The biggest problem was that we both noticed bites on our arms and backs the next morning! We did inspect the sheets but didn’t find anything. The room attendant never swept our room for the three days we were there and I was very disappointed with our experience. I didn’t complain to the managers because my boyfriend stated it wasn’t worth it but he did inform the gentleman at the front desk during checkout to check the room. In my opinion the bad things were covered up with paint and the hotel needs some tlc. I must add that the maintenance guy was always friendly and polite and helpful.
