The property is in good shape the carpet is worn but it’s on the ocean the AC works the bathroom was good shape the bed was comfortable the view was excellent you can walk to get everything you need it has a nice parking garage the breakfast Wes good and hearty and tasted good will definitely come back

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was on the top floor and had a great view of the ocean. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. We had a balcony, from which we could watch the sunrise and saw dolphins in the ocean. The bathroom was a little dated and showed signs of wear and tear, but was clean and functional. Only complaint regarding the room is the air conditioner was a little noisy .the breakfast was basic, but fine. Coffee was great. The hotel didn't seem busy, so finding a parking space for a midsize SUV was not an issue. The parking garage is attached to the hotel. The hotel has an exit directly on to the boardwalk, so beach access is very easy.plentu of restaurants nearby.

Stayed for 2 nights (family of 5) had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. Room was clean and spacious Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Eggs, bacon, breads, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee etc Staff was friendly Hotel smelled good and was not musty like others we stayed at on the boardwalk Parking was plenty of spots and yes we got our pickup in the garage. 6ft clearance but lots of large trucks and SUV’s fit Overall we would definitely stay here again

The property is in a prime location. The view from my room was amazing. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome. The hotel itself is need of a total remodel or tear down. Old building. Cracks in ceilings, floors, baseboards.
