The hotel itself is nice, but the ongoing construction made our stay less enjoyable. Navigating the property was a challenge, as you have to enter through a side door and make your way to a somewhat confusing check-in area. There were no bellhops or carts available, which made transporting our luggage to the room more difficult. The construction noise was noticeable during the day, and while breakfast was included, accessing it was inconvenient as we had to walk around the outside of the building to reach the dining area. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Once construction is complete, I believe the hotel will be much more comfortable and better organized. Until then, the disruptions and inconveniences make it difficult to fully recommend.

Room was newly renovated, however, they need to pay more attention to detail. The A/C control came off the wall in my hands. The shower door was not level, therefore, it will not close fully.

The property is under extreme renovation with contractors throughout. The staff is wonderful and I have high expectations that the renovations will be exciting. The staff-particularly Gwen at breakfast and Isaiah during the evening at the makeshift lounge were truly remarkable.

Hotel was still under renovations in some areas. I think they could have a better entrance so u don't have to walk thru all the dusty areas. The room was excellent very clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly and helpful as I had to cancel a reserved room for my son. No Cancellation fee was charged.

This property is undergoing major construction. The entrance is almost under lockdown with drywall everywhere! Very disappointing to walk up to something so un inviting. This hotel should not be open to public it’s that bad. The rooms were fully renovated and custom service was really nice so we ended up staying for the night.

Considering the hotel is going through construction. Check in was good. The room was fair - the sheets on the bed had hair strands around the pillows. and their were stains on some of the covers. The bathroom was omitting a 2nd trash can, which i requested, but did not receive. After I requested the linens to be replaced. The room was fine.
