We didn't even stay. Walked in our room and walked right back out. Ripped up furniture. Sticky slick floors. Stain on linen. Hole in floor. Smell bad. Couldn't breath in the room. Bathroom in poor condition. Not a comfortable stay at all. Pictures on website misleading. Trap hotel is more like it. Elevator broken. Door will close on you and you luggage. They wouldn't even give me a refund. Had to find other accommodations.

I was refused a refund from the manager when the hot tub began to leak .The entire floor was flooded and my guests cut her foot once it flooded. I will be posting pictures, and video of the manger on site. Also, will contact your corporate offices soon

No complimentary hairdryer. 3 night stay... room key stopped working after 1st night so had to get it reactivated. Ditto for 2nd night. Quite annoying. No blanket, and bedspread was thin. Felt like I was only covered with a sheet. Otherwise room was nice.
