We had a very nice stay over for Thanksgiving Day weekend. I highly recommend this hotel. It is convenient to a lot of activities and area shops. Shout out to the Village Inn! Great Pie!

I arrived on Wednesday the front desk clerk was not welcoming (no smile, no welcome to Hilton, no enjoy your stay). It was as if I was annoying her. The clerk Friday evening and Saturday morning were both very friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not Hilton standards. The chair in room 508 is filthy. There were stains on the bedspread, the walls and in the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped along the top. (Pictures available if requested). I cleaned the bathroom and covered the bed Pros: The location, parking, food and shopping options were great. I recommend a deep clean and your rating will be top notch. Thank you.

The hotel Has an excellent location but the room needs remodeling and new furniture. The curtains had stains on them and the tv table was dusty, all furniture was old and scratched.

I checked in late after 11pm there was no parking in the building area. Front desk guy directed me to park across the street in the parking garage. I went there and two cars with people inside waiting in the parking lot. There was nobody or no parked cars. I immediately drove back to hotel site. And both cars with no headlights on followed me. It was scary!!!! Please don’t go to the parking lot at night its not safe. And front desk lady(Asian) very rude too.

Property needs attention. Missing items, hair on sheets, wall paper in bathroom peeling, dirt in tub. No sugar or stir sticks for creamer. Agent at check in only stated room may not be ready. No greeting. Did not explain parking or if there was a fee,or breakfast. Just handed us the key and told us check out time. Outside seating area was never cleaned and is full of debris and leaves. Missed the mark on this stay.

The parking was across the street, very inconvenient, the hotel was dirty, front desk staff not friendly or helpful, no free breakfast, no free Wi-Fi, it was cold in VB so that it worst. That hotel needs be renovated and cleaner, The staff needs more training. I will not be recommending this hotel.
