We loved the pools and lazy river and seen dolphins every morning from our room. However my door was left open by the cleaning services and didnt turn down the beds. The hallways had a wierd smell and the a.c. wasnt working so it was a very hot walk to our room. Staff was courtious to give us drink vouchers for the misshap with housekeeping but I think that was inadequate.

We did have a few mishaps while we were here, but it’s nothing to complain about. It wasn’t extremely overbearing to deal with. Overall, I do recommend this hotel if you’re with your family and friends. They have one indoor pool with a Jacuzzi and two outdoor pools as well as restaurants play area for the kids Movie theater, and breakfast every day buffet. Definitely do recommend

They have a lot of pool options if you’re not into the beach. Room were clean with excellent AC. Elevator was slow with only 2 on the side we stayed at. Parking was very challenging you need to arrive early and don’t leave because if you do you will loose your spot and have to park down the street.

Overall a great stay!! A few aspects that stood out to us was majority of the windows in the hallways you simply couldn't see out of. The windows had some sort of marks leaking down, making it just not pleasant. Some ports in the room for electrical did not work and we tried with several different chargers and ports (lamp light area). The staff was lovely, very kind. The elevators are mini, especially if there's a luggage cart, you have to wait for the next one and there's only 2. The hotel needs more elevators and more luggage carts (including a revamp to the ones with broken wheels). We had no luggage carts and had to literally go through the floors and hunt them down and we also asked other families we randomly found to ask them to use it after. The location was great!! We loved having all 3 outdoors pools, but especially loved the lazy river pool after being in the ocean and being chilly. We loved having the rooms be so close to the ocean as well. Very walkable to the boardwalk and all the boardwalk offers. They have festivals on the boardwalk as well sometimes.

The ac was really loud and was dripping on the floor. Balcony door was hard to close. The mattresses were hard on the beds. The hallway on the second floor was hot. The rooms were outdated and need to be revamped.

This is an amazing hotel for kids (3 pools including inside pool) and direct beach access and boardwalk. 7 eleven right across street was convenient. Restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Area was quiet as well. The elevators are very slow and small, rooms very outdated and rusty and need some major updates. Balcony was okay, that was rusty too. Staff were pleasant. And the restaurants on site were great minus isle of capri, apparently you need reservations to go there and they turned me and my son away, even thou it was empty and you could hear crickets. But it’s okay because we found an amazing italian restaurant who took us with open arms and it was amazing. It was called Manninos. I would stay here again. They also have movie room for kids. Again definitely a great hotel for kids. They also have a bar near pool as well which was great.

We absolutely LOVED OUR STAY in our suite on the 3rd floor and for sure will be returning Next Year. This was a family vacation, Me, My Husband, our 14 yr old, 12 yr old and 3 yr old, they had a Great time and said they felt like was at a mini resort ") I actually am surprised people gave bad reviews or complained about fruitless things! Now if you do not have kids then i can say this might not be the stay for you, but if you do then this place is very accommodating for the kids and us adults! Fun games, great music, short walk to beach, 3 pools and a 7/11 right across the street with a trolly pickup right in front to take you down to the shops. No problem with parking what so ever and everyoneeeee was friendly! I still cant believe ppl actually gave bad reviews, im so glad i didnt fall for them this time! Yes elevator shuts fast but its not like this small old creepy one ppl were portraying, and i like to move fast so no complaints here. Now if they were shutting slow im sure ppl would complain about that too lol!
