No breakfast, electrical sockets were dangling out of wall, mattresses very dirty, room/floors/walls dirty, shower curtain had mold, coffee maker broken, loud noises all night, door lock didn’t lock.

Just Don’t!!!
Stay somewhere else. Pay a little more, this one isn’t worth the savings. Even the basics aren’t available. Hot water takes forever to heat up, every faucet is installed backwards. Only one Ice machine, and it’s in a room behind a door with a huge sign: Electrical Equipment Personnel Only… no signs about ice anywhere. No coffee creamer, but they have in-room coffee!! Front Desk attendant Wouldn’t even give coffee creamer left over after breakfast!

The photo and amenities are misleading. I had to pay prior to getting to the hotel. I was given the option to pay at check in. I felt that was a little off, considering i was forced to stay in a hotel that has a pool in the parking lot, and looks like a prison cell inside. They give you 2 pancake pillows and the floors were so dirty, my feet were black the whole time. It was dissapointing that we didn't get the beach view we were promised. If it's a fast trip, sure... it's ok. But if you want the amenities... don't bother.

Cheap place to lay your head
I called ahead because my travel time changed. I requested to add a day to my reservation, the receptionist said it was no problem. Fast forward 10hrs later when I arrived at 9pm after driving 700 miles and I was then told there were no rooms available. Overall if you want a cheap place to stay it does the job.

One of the worst stays booked so far through expedia. Room itself is very dark. Has a very stong smell when you walk in. They have 1 lamp by bed to light up room. Than the bathroom light. Tv controller channels were not working so went and tried to explain. They gave me a new one where yes the hannel worked but now volume did not. Went back to front desk. Was told no e of the tv controls vilyme work. Channel only. I call bull on this as the first one thats all that worked.

The customer service was superior!!! The family that owns this facility makes you feel like you are family too! I dropped a star because although you can see where updates were made (flooring, new paint on walls, etc.) the materials used were cheap in nature and are falling apart already. The important things were in place so I had nothing to really complain about. The water in the shower was hot and abundant, my room was clean and clean linens were available whenever I needed them. I will warn you that if you need to hang your clothes there is no where to hang them, not even a hook on the walls for towels to dry. I was able to use the bathroom door to hang my towels on without issue though . I have stayed here before and I would do it again!

Cheap rooms close to the beach. Beds comfortable enough. Rooms clean. Small pool but appeared clean. Has parking. TV was a little confusing at first but does work. Seems like whole place is basically run by one front office worker and a small cleanup crew. Overall it gets the job done on a budget.

Room was terrible. Tv was in Spanish and switching between channels and flickering on and off. Only light that worked in the room was tve onr by the bathroom. Toilet seat was so loose it was about to fall off. Wiring channel on the wall was falling off. The front panel on the AC was broken off. Sticky soda rings on top of the furniture where drinks were sat and not cleaned. The parking lot is tiny and the layout of the spaces should be reviewed. After checking on and discovering all tge issues, staff had us waitinh in our vehicle almost 2 hrs till the "fixed the issues" aftee not being able to do so they gave us a new room. We went to out event we were staying there for, cane back to the new room only to find the door wouldn't close without slamming it and the room smelled like it had been smoked in for 10 years with no ventilation. My son has asthma so the smell really bothered him so it was then when i gave up and looked for a new hotel at 1030 at night on the 1st night we were there. I found a hotel room that was "event priced" (overpriced) at which i had to spend anothrr $430 for one night!!! We originally were staying Friday and Saturday but the new hotel was only available Friday night so we werent able to stay for our event Saturday night and lost $140 on those tickets. The hotel issues made the whole trip an inconvenience. I we wouldn't stay at the hotel if we were paid to!!! I cMg believe it is still open for business with the condition its in.

Every surface is new in this vintage property nicely restored. Turquoise and white theme and I appreciate it the overall cleanliness of the room. I was here for two nights and it’s location looking out at Atlantic Avenue with the ocean in the distance is amazing for the price.

The room was awful, the walls were basically like a jail cell. The bathroom had cracks everywhere, and the beds were so uncomfortable and loud! I was not impressed by anything about this hotel.
