When I arrived I was told that the Expedia reservation had been made but no payment had been provided by Expedia. They told me to contact Expedia which I did but then when Expedia tried to reach them....their phones were down. So I had to pay for another reservation not through Expedia, and am still trying to get my refund from Expedia. Hotel was clean but in pretty rough shape.

I liked the convenient location if this hotel. Being right across the street from the beach was great and restaurants just around the block. We ordered late check out for 3pm, but at 12pm, the hotel staff barged into our room while we were sleeping. So unprofessional, should have checked first before walking right into our room. They should provide “do not disturb” signs for rooms because there is no reason for you to knock at 10am while we are sleeping for room service.

The worst ever : 1st we were there for 3 nights and just went there to change towels because I ask for it. 2nd my flight was at 4 I ask them to keep my baggages until I leave, they didn’t want to they make me paid an extra day for the baggage I have been in the VB many times all hotel has a baggage room. The biggest problem the language and no manager. Stay away from this hotel

I think what they used for cleaning products was not the best. It was not as breathable. The hallways were filthy and not as sanitize. Didn't really see any staff or anyone around. It is a good location but not a great stay.

The staff was great, I had an issue with my room when I checked in and they addressed it quickly and with no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. It's a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, and it's on the quieter end. Not a bad stay for the price

Terrible experience room door handle was broken and after checking out they deducted 100$ without any reason i went to them to ask why i got charged. person at front desk said because people steal blankets i will refund your money i was like whatt do yeah in short terrible experience i will not recommend anyone to stay there.
