Everything was good. Customer Service was excellent and the location was beautiful. You can see the dolphins early in the morning from the beach. They have kitchenettes which were perfect since we had a microwave to warm up food. The only thing that was too small was the indoor pool. Too small of an area for a lot of people.

Our room was very clean and had an excellent view of the beach. You can hear the ocean but you can hear the jets at night. But I would stay here again.

Wonderful - I've stayed in many hotels by the ocean and they all have a damp feel and smell. This hotel was awesome, comfortable, and convenient - the only thing that could be improved was the very uncomfortable sofa bed. The 2 queen beds were great.

The room was very spacious, but the beds were too soft for my taste. But overall it was a really nice room. The breakfast was OK, but not the greatest. The bread was stale. But the staff was very friendly.

Having to park the car in a different area than it being attached to the hotel was inconvenient. If we needed to get something from the vehicle or if we wanted to drive somewhere, we had to go across the street and around the corner to get to the parking garage, and there was a fee to park there, which I felt should be free if we are staying in the hotel affiliated with that parking garage. Also, we got a handicap accessible room with the shower, but it was not a roll in shower for a person in a wheelchair. We did not have our daughter with us on this trip, but if we ever decide to stay there again, and bring her with us, she would not be able to shower in that room, even though it is listed as accessible. I also like that it is pet friendly and I can bring my dog with me the next time. In addition, we received $5.00 to spend on snacks for each day of our stay. However, one small item was worth $5.00 or slightly less. Nonetheless, it was a nice thing to offer us. All in all, it was very nice, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay and more than likely, stay there again.
