My family enjoyed the room the only negative thing was the lack of housekeeping bringing towels and collecting garbage we had to bring our dirty towels down to lobby and take our own garbage to a garbage can we went to lobby to get towels and only got 2 clean there was 4 of us in room

The room/property was a little dated, but the room was clean and that’s the most important aspect to me when choosing a hotel room. The staff was great, and the complimentary breakfast was decent. Overall, it was good. I would stay again!

I love the location, walking distance to the beach. What I did not like the continental breakfast, there was not enough seating, and a very limited choices. I also feel customers should not pay for parking.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times. This was the first time I was told they now charge for parking. Luckily, I received a parking waiver due to a U.S. military/government discount. The other major change was the front desk was moved to back of building so their elevators were in the front of the building which made it confusing for new guests.

The noise level especially at night was bad. There is no house keeping to change bed sheets, hand towels, wash rags or regular towels. You have to go to the front desk to ask for clean linen. The front desk staff 9/10 times does not answer the phone because they aren't there. Even to get the garbage out of the room you have to call the front desk because no house keeping is around. Its also dog friendly so dogs are braking all day long. I would not go back to this property.

The hotel is ok, very close to the beach, and the breakfast is ok. The staff is friendly. However, the rooms are not cleaned, even though it was requested three days after my check-in, they were not cleaned until my check-out. I had to take the towels to reception to be entitled to receive clean ones.

Clean and (mostly)comfortable. Very friendly staff. Water pressure in shower was phenominal, which is a must for washing off all of the sand and sunscreen. Hotel is a close walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. Room was quite loud, even at night; though this might simply be because we were on the ground level. Room service only by request and with >24 hours notice. For a sandy beach area, every other or every 3rd day should be bare minimum. Would consider staying there again at this price point.

Started out nice and went straight down hill.
While rooms were relatively neat and clean and explained how you would get service as they did not provide it daily, every time you asked me for clean pals, even while holding the dirty ones to exchange you were sent downstairs to the front desk or for a roll of toilet paper or soap, or Even a trash bag, which, by the way was the little bag they keep in the ice bucket. We ended up checking out a day early because we were tired of hearing kids run up and down the hallway and scream and doors being slammed like we were in the middle of some kind of War zone or something And forget about getting any help from the front desk

Our stay was fair check in on arrival was fair the staff who checked us in was not friendly appeared unfriendly and did not give us all the information. Check in staff should be friendly and be able to give a good introduction to the quests about the premise s. Overall the rest of the staff we encountered in our stay were well oriented and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day they could alternate with becon. Fruits bananas would also be welcomed and are soft enough for the elderly and children. Between the pool entrance door and the elevators please keep some dry towels on the floor to avoid falls and a dry floor. The caution cones are in place but that does not prevent a fall, a few towels on the pool door and the entrance can prevent unintended falls. Overall it was a good place to stay.
