Not a bad spot. My view of the ocean was horrible. Oceanview not exactly a view of the ocean unless you lean over your balcony and look right. Ask for ocean front instead.

The parking at this location is across the street. When we checked in, the front desk staff had an attitude. We were not told about a $200 incident fee. The window in the master bedroom can not be opened to hear the waves. The smoke alarm beeped all not. The knob on the tub was broken, and you could not use the tub. We paid over $300 a night. This is a lot to pay for all these problems and inconveniences.

The rooms are not being taken care of. The curtains had holes in them. The caulking around bath tub had cracks and peeling. The hinges of the interior doors made a lot of noise and needed maintenance.o

Drive 7hrs, got to the room to check in and it was a process and the parking was across the street. Got up to my room on 18floor, went inside my room and the tv was limited to channels to watch… Call front desk and they send a guy up. He tried for 30 mins and couldn’t get it. 45 mins later they move me to another room… That room was limited and there was a loud humming noises coming from electronics on night stand.. No clue what it was.. very bad for it to be a resort

The room space was great! Living room and dining spacd separate from bedroom. Option to cook breakfast in my room or just go less than a block for reasonably priced meals.

We paid for the valet but it was very difficult to get our car picked up or brought back to us most times we waited longer then 20 mins. I believe it was short staffed. Other than that the stuff was super nice.

The people were very nice and helpful. Smiled all the time. Things were a little dated and someone need to check rooms before they are put into service. Overall very good property.
