A Slice of Heaven is the epitome of vacation bliss! Perched on the fourth floor of one of the most stunning condominium developments in Sandbridge, this home features an extra-large wraparound balcony that offers unforgettable ocean and bay views. With over 2,000 square feet of bright, open, and relaxing space, there’s more than enough room for everyone to fully enjoy their vacation.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, providing everything you need to prepare and savor delightful meals. The lovely, high-end furnishings and fun beach décor throughout A Slice of Heaven create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Head downstairs to choose from three in-ground pools, each accompanied by top-of-the-line Viking gas grilling stations. Enjoy ample teak outdoor tables and chairs that comfortably accommodate everyone—perfect for grilling up some surf and turf while the kids splash around in the pool! Just a quick ride down the elevator will take you to the sandy shores of the Atlantic, right on the wide, beautiful beach in Sandbridge.

Explore the wild beauty of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, where you can experience untouched sand dunes and spot bald eagles, herons, sea turtles, and the unique flora and fauna that the area has to offer. The Sandbridge Fishing Pier is just next door, where you can cast a line in the surf. Across the street on the bay is The Baja Restaurant, a local favorite and a fixture in Sandbridge for over 30 years, offering a fantastic menu and bar. Enjoy live music as locals boat in for an evening of fun!

Even on rainy days, there’s plenty to keep you entertained with the top-of-the-line fitness rooms on-site. Plus, just a short drive away, you can explore the Virginia Marine Science Museum, where you’ll see sharks, seals, and even have the chance to pet stingrays in the ray pool!


Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
