This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset from your elevator access roof deck. 5 minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has three 5 bedroom 5 bath units with off street, on street and parking garage (two blocks) easily three cars no charge. Extra charge for additional, I have options for more. Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants with many amenities added.
Building((fifth summer since new 2025) especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach only enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door. Stay here get everything. Think two units 2 bedroom and three beroom. Something for everyone. second floor above carport is a two bedroom with the same appliances as main kitchen floor except no oven ( electric skillet, toaster oven and hot plate added) two bedrooms with shower and shower/tub combo, sofa bed. While your adult children are on the deck or in the kitchen living room late at night you are with the grandkids, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor for your own world Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Fourth floor living area with sofa bed and futon, full bath, two wall TV viewing from kitchen to living. Two large door sliders to catch a breeze or just the views. Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating and dinning table. Move the food off the rooftop grill on the elevator or take the food on the elevator to the roof deck. The elevator is yours, not shared. two washer and dryers on second and third floor. Think cruise ship once onboard you have it all. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass wine for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed(windows and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and soundproofing(the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. ( you will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer BUGS.

If you are looking for more beds, please let me know. I can add a full unit or a split of a two bed or three unit has a crib( 302). The three units have their each private roof deck, by a locked gate. Rent side by side units, families can move from one unit to the other( limit of 15 at a time on each deck, fire code). Max if 45 in my building.

Great location - no driving needed
Great place for family visits. The location to beach and boardwalk and kid friendly activities like mini golf was so helpful. Separate floors allowed for quiet time for adults and play time for children. The elevator was a huge help with hauling in supplies and saving on bad knees going from ground to fourth floor.

Great Family Getaway
We loved our stay. Plenty of parking, great location, and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked and we used the grill often. Nice, big table to seat 10 at dinner. Sofa beds did not work out for us and elevator was fussy, but the pros outweighed the cons by a million percent. Thank you, Jon!

Awesome weekend trip
Great location about a block from the beach. The whole family had a great time and elevator came in handy for luggages and older adults. Jon was very helpful and he sent out all information (detailed) before hand and was always available whenever we called. The only downside is the weather during that weekend but the house was big enough for the whole family to stay indoor and have fun.

Excellent Beach Stay
Perfect beach stay location for a group of friends. Me and 12 friends booked this place for a golf weekend and beach stay and couldn't have been happier. Plenty of beds and space for all of us, showers in basically every room. Jon was incredibly helpful during the entire stay. Also, none of the ridiculous cleaning requirements of many other rentals I've stayed in. We really appreciate all of Jon's help during our stay and I would definitely reach out to him again for a similar trip. He's incredibly helpful!

Great stay overall. My only complaint is that there was a ring camera on our rooftop that was private to just our condo. It was uncomfortable knowing I could have been watched at any point while I was up there. Other than that everything was wonderful! Thanks Jon.

27th Street gem
Awesome place with lots of space, amenities, and bathrooms to accommodate our family perfectly. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a plus. The elevator was a God send! Definitely came in handy to bring up luggage and groceries. Didn’t give 5 stars because of dirty tubs in 2 bathrooms. Property manager handled that issue quickly. Would definitely rent again.

Our extended family had a great beach week staying at Jon’s beach complex. Although there were a lot of stairs, the layout created an environment where subfamilies could avoid the noise from late nights if they wanted. Rooftop was a hit and offered a relaxing escape after a long day of beach activities. We very much enjoyed our stay. One issue we noticed was the difference between the place with the elevator versus not. The elevator took up square footage and changed the room layouts which weren’t shown in the picture descriptions. Knowing this change, we may have opted out of the place that had the elevator.

Family beach vacation
Our family consisting of adults, grandparents, and children all had an amazing vacation at this property. Parking can be a little tight but is doable and the host Jon also provided parking passes for us to use. This unit has an elevator which made taking the luggage and/or groceries from the carport up to the upstairs kitchen a breeze. Jon is very responsive to anything that you bring to his attention and wants to help make the vacation one to remember. The ocean is just a short walk away and Jon provided beach buggy’s to use! It was also just a short walk from many places to eat and shop at. Most attractions were a very short drive away also. Very convenient location. It was our first time visiting Virginia Beach and our family loved it!

Great host & great location!
Nice large fully stocked kitchen, nice size pantry. It was extremely helpful to have 2 large refrigerators. It would have been helpful to have cotton dish clothes and dish towels for each day. Very glad to have an elevator to get food to 4th floor & luggage to 2 & 3rd floor. I would suggest 2 towel sets vs 1 towel set per guest. Glad to have washer & dryer. Overall we had a lovely family vacation. Jon was a great host!

Awesome vacation
We rented this condo for our Virginia Beach family vacation with 12 family members. It was a great place to stay. Everyone had plenty of space. The location is excellent, right across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck area in the evenings. Plenty of places to eat nearby within walking distance. Conveniently has a 7/11 right next door. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Had a great stay.

Property was super clean and laid out nicely. Having an elevator was great. The roof deck was awesome. Good location just a very short walk to beach, and shorter walk to the "boardwalk" stores and restaurants. Convenience store next door and supermarket within walking distance. Great Location and Host with easy access to everything!
This property was even better than described. The location was perfect for access to everything you need and to experience everything Virginia Beach has to offer. There is a grocery store near by which makes the location even better. The bonus is that you can see the ocean from the living room/dining area and the relaxing roof. My family loved watching the Navy Jets flying over. The elevator was perfect for my mother to be able to move about freely. We loved that we had separate bedroom areas for my family and my extended family. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and the kitchen was beautiful and spacious. Jon was an awesome host and was excellent at communicating. This is the perfect place for extended families, or multiple families. Would definitely stay again.

Will definitely be back. Everything was wonderful and did not have to ask for anything. Owner even threw in extra things for us to bring to the beach. Had private elevator to each floor to help w moving luggage. Had a full kitchen with pots pans utensils. Air conditioning was phenomenal. Rooftop access. 7-11 right downstairs. Private sheltered parking. Felt safe. Tvs in every room.

This property was everything we expected and more. With a handicapped Grandson, the elevator was fabulous, to move him from floor to floor. The beach wagons were an added bonus we didn't expect. The unit was very clean and well stocked for our party of 14. We would book again. Thank you so much.

Awesome Vacation
My family and I were incredibly happy with this rental for vacation. Everything was very clean and updated. The location in phenomenal, a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk with lots of neighboring restaurants and shops. The beach is even visible from the rooftop. The property owner was super accommodating and communicative. We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this great location, about a block to the beach! We caught a few beautiful sunrises from the rooftop! This house fully accommodated our family and friends. The owner was really nice and helpful. If you are coming you will not be disappointed. Bring some cooking spray, spices, foil, baggies, and some plastic dishes to store food. Also, be sure to bring a hair dryer, if you typically use one.
