Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable. We had an issue with a remote not working, but they replaced it right away. I would suggest stocking the rooms with coffee and sugar if the rooms arent going to be serviced every day. The two receptionist I dealt with were a stark contrast to one another. One was pretty stale conversationally but the other was super nice and bubbly. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely return.

The only negative I will say is misleading advertising. Paid for ocean view but oceanfront is what I really wanted to pay for. Didn’t take away from my stay. Hotel is very nice and view of the ocean was good enough. Rooms are large and nice inside and the front desk were friendly! I would recommend if you’re in the are.

Nice suite & comfortable bed. However, too many issues. Property listing is misleading, “Ocean View” & “Partial View” are the same thing, I wish that was made clear before booking. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent & sometimes non-existent. Some of the outlets in the bedroom did not work. Lightbulbs on a couple lamps were flickering or out altogether. Lastly, only one working elevator for the entire building. For such a nice space, the maitenance is below average. A waste of a great hotel in a great location. Although my weekend was not ruined, I doubt I will return.

Where do I start….im a Hilton Diamond member so upon check I ask the desk clerk to make sure my rewards number was updated on the reservation. She said it was but wasn’t. Another clerk a day later updated the account. We had no power in our bedroom, lights or TV. Took them an entire day to get power turned back on because the breaker tripped and the box is in an adjacent room. Later the next day we got locked out of our room on the 13th floor and since one of the only two elevators were broken it took well over an hour and 3 attempts at getting new room cards to get in our room. Then to top it all off the people next door were smoking weed and it was actually coming through our door which is shared with their room. I don’t know why people think that stuff doesn’t reek. You smell like it, your car smells like it and now we gotta smell it all weekend. It’s unfortunate because the property was actually nice.

Service was rather quick with front desk. Our only hassle was the elevators, i know they are aware of it, but it really held us up. As we went up 14 flights of stairs to get to our floor due to the condition the elevators were in, we soon found out that BOTH of our key cards were not working and instead of using the stairs again we ended up just waiting 15min for the elevator to go down and 10min to come back up. Our room was a shocker and exceeded expectations, but thinking about leaving was exhausting and disappointing kinda wanted to just stay in room all day to avoid being trapped in a line for one elevator.

We found the room on random chance and got it for half price. Nice place, but would not pay full price for the room as it’s crazy expensive

Check in process was too long. We checked in early, that was such a long process. I guess it was considered pre check-said will text when when room was ready, about 4:25 we recd text. Then had to stand in the line again to get room#, and keys..that took at least 30 mins. Should be a separate line for ones thats pre check.
