Their was mold above our shower and the toilet did not flush. We waited over 45 minutes for someone to come check it out on our first night there. I called the front desk and they told me they would send someone up. After waiting and waiting I called the front desk no answer.. I call again and then another 5 times and no one answered; I finally decided to call the hotel from my cellphone and asked to speak to the desk, someone then answered…

The workers were very friendly and accommodating. For the rate I paid for 4 nights, I was expecting a bigger and nicer room. Very little space and small beds. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities were nice.

Nice property. Some of the bathroom fixtures were worn and they have no grab bars in the showers which my parents and I didn’t like. Not sure what you get for the resort fee. The parking is off-site which is a little inconvenient, but the views were spectacular, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the staff was friendly and we had an enjoyable stay. Would definitely come again.

Our family really enjoyed the different pool areas and tiki bar. The beach was just steps away and very clean. We did not bring beach chairs, but the front desk offered them on first come first serve basis. The one major complaint I have is that check in was very chaotic. The elevators were very backed up, so the lobby was packed with people and luggage carts. There was nobody out front to direct the cars that were unloading, so we got blocked in between cars for almost an hour because people just left to check in. Our room was also not ready until 5:45pm, when check in is at 4. When we got to our room there was piles of garbage outside of our door. Thankfully the rest of our experience made up for the stressful check in day. I would stay here again.

The hotel and location were great! My family and I had a great time until check out. We were charged for valet parking (two vehicles) when we did not valet park a car. The manager was able to resolve the problem but the customer service (before speaking to the manager) was horrible. Be careful when using valet parking and/or carefully check your bill before leaving.
