We stayed the weekend for Neptune Festival and loved the convenient location. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Economically worthwhile for enjoying the seaside.
Very good g ood value, for the area. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Clearly recently renovated. Would be nice to have a freezer section in refrigerator.

Decent place to rest the night before the air show. We are easy to please. Rooms are fine. Nothing spectacular. If planning on spending a lot of time in your room I’d recommend somewhere else. Parking was extremely tight and saw several near misses. Glad we got out without door dings. Street racing was very loud until early morning. Overall I’d stay here again under similar circumstances but for a vacation I’d choose a hotel/motel with a view, better amenities, and breakfast. Also - supposed to be nonsmoking but upon opening the door it was clear a great deal of smoking had taken place in our room….we are non smokers!

Unfortunately the photos on line were bit deceiving. The room smelled like mildew, the furniture was older and bathroom dirt stains. Nice staff but place was good for people who couldnt afford anything else
