Ok but....
The look of the property and area leaves a lot to be desired at first. Dont turn away. The room was nice, smelled great and was very clean. It has been renovated. Because it is on the oceanfront/strip...IT IS VERY NOISY ALL NIGHT LONG! People were loud outside late into the night all the way until the wee hours of the morning. Motorcycles up and down the street until 3am along with nightly street sweepers several times a night. I left more exhausted after 3 nights than when i came. Walking distance from the beach. That was nice. I wouldn't stay here again

I was surprised by the spaciousness as there is an onsuite past the bathroom. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It has an onsite parking garage but it was pretty tight for my truck. I would stay here again but at least in my room, I heard every car that drove by on Pacific. Maybe the door was the week point.

The room and staff was great. The only problem with the staff is that I went to checkout no one was at the desk and wanted a receipt an off duty staff told me it would be emailed and wasn’t. The only bad thing about the property is they need more parking. They have a garage but unless you have something compact hard to get around the garage. Other than these two things it was a great stay.

Pretty solid if you don't mind the jets!
Check in was fantastic with the first girl. Hotel took over an older hotel so was updated which was mostly nice. Shower was quite narrow and they could've definitely made it wider but aging, updated. Floor was not clean but everything else seemed pretty clean. They do not offer daily maid service but you have to call and get on their list. We only asked once for our stay and wasn't a problem. Partial ocean view wasn't much and you are literally right in the flight path so prepare for multiple loud jets flying over every morning. Other than that location was great and walkable to many spots including the boardwalk. Parking is tight but doable and they gave me an hour late checkout which is great but didn't note or communicate to the morning desk staff so caused a small altercation but ended up ok. All in all was pretty solid and can save some money vs beachfront.

Parking is a bit 'tricky' and very narrow all over. Need to spend some time to understand how it flows (VERY narrow passages under hotel and small terrace spaces up a ramp). Also the section on the left side of the property (section where reception is, could use an upgrade, I can't but to say it looks pretty much like a rundown motel on the outside, although all rooms there were renovated and look spectacular *best thing in this hotel, as well as the pool. Also, breakfast area is EXTREMELLY small, be ready to grab and go back to your room to eat. Poor choices as well unfortunately. Staff encountered was nice. But really, update the left side block area as it has nothing to do with the rest. Good location as well, just one block away from the beach. Easy access.

Floor was very dirty. Road noise. Room was updated, had a suite room, would be better if beds were in the back room and couch by front door. Would be quieter and better for sleeping. Breakfast was good. Close to beach. Front desk person at check in was very nice. Pool was too cold to swim in.

Second time staying here, was not as pleased this time. Hotel and environment were really noisy all night. Areas of the hotel were kind of gross to be honest. Stains on sofa and dirty shower basin. Staff was great though. Probably on part for the price paid all said though.
