Less than "wonderful". The bathroom needed paint, mirror replacing and towels were extremely skimpy. Leaf debris and dirt at bottom of pool. Alarming card at check-in informed us about potential car break-ins and caused me a sleepless night. Still, this was just a stop with our grandkids on the way to Sequoia and they loved the pool and comfy beds. I just wonder why others called this hotel "wonderful". I usually trust this brand for a better room.

Comfortable and quiet
Quiet convenient location in a seemingly questionable neighborhood. Loud HVAC unit in room, Low hot water pressure. Comfortable hot breakfast with many options, though some were empty when we ate.

My room 320 was not a clean as it should have been. There was someone else's leftover food in the microwave, there was a long dark har on the back of my sink, and on the toilet rim. My in room coffee maker had coffee grounds in it that fell into my cup when I went to make coffee. The coffee overflowed the supplied cup and was too cold to drink.
