It is a old building, but they keep it clean. The stuff is always friendly and polite and they serve a good breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and close proximity to everything.

Atendimento e Café da Manhã são ótimos. A região é horrível, não tem opções de refeição ou diversão próximas, além de perigosa. Também não fornecem xampu, somente sabonete.

Bom hotel mas com cheiro de cigarro
Bom hotel , recepcionistas educados. O quarto tinha um cheiro insuportável de cigarro infelizmente. O estacionamento fica na outra quadra e não tem placa indicando. O serviço no geral é bom

Tá ficando ruim.ja foi melhor.
Recepção cada dia pior. Demoram muito pra fazer um check in, sendo que já tem cadastro no sistema,. Parece que faz pra enrolar. E fora que e uma falta de educação. Até de um atende outro, vez de ficar com quem está e pedir o próximo pra aguardar.

Hotel com potencial, contudo, longe de ser como os da rede Nobily. Tivemos problemas com os quartos que nos foram entregues. Móveis bastante desgastados, roupa de cama suja assim como o piso. No quarto de um dos casais que levamos conosco para Vitória, cabelos e pelos íntimos foram encontrados na cama, resto de comida sob a colcha no colchão, o piso estava sujo. O terceiro quarto de amigos que levamos apresentou problema com a pia e registro do banheiro — neste caso, o amigo resolveu sem a intervenção dos colaboradores do hotel. Quanto a mim e esposa, além de meu primo e esposa, fomos remanejados de quartos. O segundo quarto meu e deles eram satisfatório. Quero aqui pintar a ação e intervenção do gerente, ótimo funcionário
