Box do banheiro apertadíssimo, difícil falar com o proprietário. Os dois funcionários do imóvel Cristiano e Fernanda ótimos mas não podem fazer nada sem ordem da plataforma, resultado: ficamos sem resolução dos problemas. A parte elétrica da cozinha é uma lástima, na minha chegada queimou o microondas, no segundo dia queimou minha Air Fryer, tive que comprar uma nova e não me ressarciram o prejuízo, advinharam que ela iria queimar e me deram o cano, no quinto dia queimou uma boca do fogão de duas bocas (por sinal horroroso), o microondas trocaram, o fogão nem trocaram nem arrumaram. Precisa melhorar muito para ser vendido como apartamento completo. O local é bonito e merece uma melhor administração com gente que entenda de hotelaria e profissionalismo com relação aos hóspedes.
