In the heart of the shopping district and 1 min from the station, for 1 to 2 people, you will find everything you need: living room with equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, shower room, bed linen and towels provided, wifi (fibre optics).

Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the 26 m² flat has been completely renovated during 2020-2021.
Very quiet (window overlooking a courtyard), well insulated and heated, it is composed as follows:
- Living room including a sofa, a console that can be used as a table for your meals, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, washing machine, hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and kettle, toaster).
- Double bedroom with double bed
- Shower room and separate toilet.
Neighbourhood
The flat is located at the foot of the train station, 100m away (TGV Rennes and Paris), in the heart of the shopping area of Vitré : patisserie and chocolate factory Le Derf (very famous, Meilleur Ouvrier de France), jewellery, clothes, florist, small food shop, cafés, restaurants...
Activities
There is of course the majestic chateau of Vitré (and its museum), its historic centre, the park garden and other monuments in the vicinity: the Château-Musée des Rochers-Sévigné and the churches of Saint Martin de Vitré and Notre-Dame.)
For entertainment, the Secret de la Tour sans Nom (escape game) and Laser Adventure (strategy and skill game).
