Voor één nacht oké
De voorgevel begroeid met onkruid en een stuk getrapte voordeur is niet echt uitnodigend. Het appartement zelf lag er wel netjes bij en alle comfort is voorzien. Ideaal als tussenstop voor één nacht.

Voor verbetering vatbaar
Dit appartement is ruim genoeg maar er zijn wel flink wat punten voor verbetering vatbaar: Het was erg vochtig in het huis, er staan al diverse vochtvangers maar dit is niet voldoende. De keukenkastjes ruiken muf en wij hebben servies en bestek wat we gebruikten schoongemaakt en op een handdoek op het aanrecht gezet. Licht van de afzuigkap is stuk en de afzuigkap is erg vies. Wij hadden de eerste dagen veel regen en daardoor werd het nog vochtiger, er was echter geen kachel die aan kon om even de boel door te warmen. (Kachels wel aanwezig maar niet aangesloten) Er is geen kapstok èn geen kledingkast. Leven uit de koffer en de jassen maar over de radiatoren gehangen. In de badkamer is de wandsteun van de douchekop stuk dus deze moet je in de hand houden. Ook de spoelknop van de wc is stuk en provisorisch gemaakt. Wc zag helemaal zwart, we hebben zelf bleek gekocht en zodoende is 90% van het zwart weggewerkt. Was alles slecht? Nee, het bed was prima, de zithoek ook en het binnenplaatsje was goed genoeg voor de stalling van 2 fietsen en het roken van een sigaretje. De locatie is wel fantastisch, bakker op 100 m. ,een leuk plein met diverse restaurantjes, winkels en de gigantische Notre Dame, prachtige omgeving en 25 minuten van het lac du Der. Enige minpuntje van de locatie is een vrij drukke weg vlakbij.
