Casa Beato is a spacious holiday house with swimming pool situated in the village Crklada near the picturesque town Vizinada.
Thanks to its spaciousness and numerous facilities offered on the property, it is an ideal choice for 2-3 families with children who want to spend a carefree and fun holiday in central Istria. In the nearby Vizinada there are grocery shop and several caffe bars, while in the nearby villages there are several quality rural households with a range of local food offer and the numerous wine and olive oil roads. On the large enclosed property at the guests disposal are swimming pool, summer kitchen with covered terrace for outdoor dining and one separate toilet. There are also playground with swing and slide, badminton and several parking spaces.

The house has a total living area of 220 sqm spreaded on two floors, each with its own separate entrance. on the ground floor there are an air conditioned living area with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, two double bedrooms and shower/toilet. On the first floor, with a separate entrance, completely renovated, there is an air-conditioned living area with kitchen, dining table and sofa, two double bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and two shower/toilets. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Amazing house! And the outdoor kitchen
An amazing welcome by the son of the owner, lots of welcome amenities (wine, soft, fruits, pastries) The house separated in 2 flats is well agenced But the best is the outdoor kitchen! Everything is there (even 2 fridges), just missing an oven. The beds are good
