Villa Emily is a newly built stone house located in the village Vrh Lasici near Vizinada and the vineyards.
Only a few meters from the house the bike/wander trail Parenzana passes by. Until the beginning of the 20th century it has been one of the main railways in Istria that went through Kopar all the way to Triest. The house was built and furnished in 2015 and it is fully air-conditioned. This house distinguishes by modern design with lots of details. On the enclosed property of 750 sqm at the guests’ disposal are an outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, fireplace and barbecue, parking for 2 vehicles and an enclosed garden.

Villa for 6 guests with a total living area of approximately 150 sqm situated on two floors. on the ground floor there is a spacious living area with access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the terrace, double bedroom with a private shower/toilet and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and access to the shared balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
