This holiday home is in an attractive location near the sea.

It is definitely favoured by a large roof terrace with a jacuzzi and garden furniture and an enchanting view of the sea and the Brijuni archipelago. The house has a modern design and is equipped with all necessary appliances. From the terrace on the first floor you can admire the marvellous sea view, while on the ground floor the outdoor terrace invites you to have breakfast and barbecue. The property is fenced and very spacious and offers many play and leisure opportunities. You are also allowed to bring your four-legged friends with you, who can let off steam together with your children on the large green area.

The first beaches are only a few minutes' walk away and you come to a beautiful promenade by the sea, which leads to the harbour of Peroj on one side and to Faana and Valbandon on the other. The promenade is full of bars, facilities for children and adults. Enjoy your holiday!

Also visit the beautiful town of Vodnjan. Take a walk through the town, which entices with narrow streets and painted murals, visit the Church of St Blaise with mummies and the largest bell tower in Istria.

Super Unterkunft für sonnige Tage
Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Liebe zum Detail, man vermisst nichts. Besonders toll fanden wir den Garten, umzäunt und sehr gemütlich mit allem was man sich wünscht, Grill, Terasse mit Überdachung (die man öffnen kann) und natürlich der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse, der kühlere Tage sehr angenehm macht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, super erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unsren zwei Hunden.
