Είναι ένα ευρύχωρο 35τμ και μόλις ανακαινισμένο υπόγειο.
Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο περιφερειακό δρόμο της πόλης του Βόλου σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά που έχει τη καλύτερη πρόσβαση για τα χωριά του Πηλίου και την έξοδο από τη πόλη . Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία άτομα και ένα μικρό παιδί . Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και επιπλωμένο έτσι ώστε να εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών μας όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα .
Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν παραλίες αλλά και το καταπράσινο βουνό του Πηλίου .
