Dirty room. With cover sheet clearly showing stains. Requested new sheets. Front desk had to come upstairs take pics and sent someone with a flat sheet only. Bathroom faucet was loose. There stains on the walls. Shower faucets and glass had water/soap stains. Blackout curtains full of stains. No soundproof windows. Hotel is in a busy street and you can hear everything almost as if the windows are open. Earlyin the morning non stop pounding noises coming from the mining across the street bypassed the windows not allowing people to sleep. Heard from employee it is a common complaint from guests and learned from Front desk hotel belongs to the mining plant. Concluded it was built to serve the mining employees, thus is clearly not a hotel for tourists.

Hotel is on downtown and close to shopping, dining and banks. Room was good with a confortable bed but the bathroom (shower spaces) needs a better cleanning. I saw mold on the edges of the titles.

There was microwave oven and space to prepare sandwichs, good beds and pillows, all new, the only issu was the the noisy, but it wasn't that much.

Como foi minha segunda vez no hotel , o check in foi muito rápido. Ficamos num quarto muito bom, com ar condicionado bem silencioso. Só acho que deveria ter 2 pratos e 2 jogos de talheres além das 2 xícaras de chá e pires, para o caso de aquecer/preparar uma refeição no microondas e querer comer no quarto. Também aumentaria o lavatório ou recuaria a torneira…para escovar os dentes, acabamos derramando água no chão, pois a Cuba da pia era muito pequena e com a torneira bem no meio.

Muito barulho
O hotel é muito bem localizado, mas o principal problema é a questão do barulho, as janelas não vedam nada, a sensação era que estavam abertas o tempo todo. E as ruas ao redor do hotel tem movimento praticamente 24h, então incomodou bastante. O café da manhã é mediano, tem pouca variedade, não vi nenhuma opção para quem tem restrição a glúten. O quarto estava com as paredes descascando, passou uma impressão de descuido. Não me hospedaria novamente.
