In Småland, in the southern part of Sweden, you will find the picturesque and typical Småland house "Lindhaga". The house was built in 1950 and is located in the beautiful and sleepy village Gåeryd with lake view over the Ruskensee.





"Lindhaga" was completely renovated in 2017 and 2018 both inside and outside and will be rented for the first time in autumn 2018. The house has approximately 80 square meters of living space, distributed on a large living room, two bedrooms upstairs, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the kitchen, living room and the balcony you have a fantastic view over the lake Rusken. After a short walk on the small road you come after about 300 meters to the bathing place. Here you also have the opportunity to rent a boat to either explore the lake or go fishing.





In addition, you have the opportunity to rent bicycles to explore the surroundings with the small typical Swedish villages with the red houses.




The plot is about 1. 040 square meters with a wide gravel driveway and a beautiful lawn with barbecue and garden furniture.
The entrance, which is elevated a few steps, leads into a small hallway with mirror, wardrobe and a small stool. On the left, it leads you into the modern kitchen, which is followed by a small pantry.
The bright kitchen is equipped with a stove for wood burning, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, cutlery and china for 12 people. All necessary household items are available.
From the kitchen table with 5 chairs you have at any time of the day a wonderful lake view.

Opposite the kitchen, from the hallway, you enter the large living room with a cozy corner sofa, coffee table, coffee table and a large flat screen TV with German channels.

From the hallway you come to the bathroom. This is functionally furnished with toilet, vanity, shower and washing machine.

Now go up the stairs again into a small hallway.
Straight on straight out onto the generous balcony. Here it is not difficult to dream for some time and to enjoy the wonderful view. The balcony is perfect for either having breakfast together or enjoying the sunset over the lake and the expansive nature with a glass of wine.

On both sides of the corridor are the two bedrooms. The large "master bedroom" is equipped with double bed 1.60 x 2.00, two tables, two typical Swedish "pinn chairs" as bedside tables and small wardrobe.
In the other, slightly larger, bedroom we have two Kajütbetten furnished, which can be pulled out in each case to the double bed with couch surfaces of 1.60 x 2.00. Abstelltische and two armchairs, two small lockers and also a TV round off the cozy character.

The transfer and acceptance of the house we usually do personally, as we are very concerned that you can start and finish your stay with us in peace and quiet.
A note about costs or Deposits that can not be shown in the price table:
For an occupancy of 5 people, the final cleaning increases to 1. 200 SEK. The deposit for borrowing the motor boat is 200 EURO.
