The staff were great, friendly and responsive. Room was not the best though. Mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, the cleaners took away my shower curtain (don't know why) and did not replace, so water from showering went everywhere. aided by a loose fitting for the shower head - which the staff were aware of but did not fix or move me to another room - however I did not ask to be moved in any case. Power point in room was already burnt out so could not be used. When asked to extend my checkout time I was told this would at an additional cost - however later that night the manager informed me there would be no charge.

A VERY GOOD 4 STAR HOTEL WITH 5 STAR STAFF, UNFORTUNATELY MY PARTNER WAS IN HOSPITAL FOR 4 DAYS AND IN BED FOR ANOTHER 5 SO WE DIDNT GET TO SEE OR DO MUCH BUT WORDS CAN'T EXPLAIN MY GRATITUDE TO THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT THIS HOTEL, THEY CATERED FOR OUR EVERY NEED NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS , THEY HELPED US WITH GETTING BACK AND FORTH TO HOSPITAL AND BROUGHT MY PARTNER BREAKFAST IN BED AND ALWAYS ASKING IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING FOR US.
