Enjoy this newly renovated detached garage Casita. You will have everything you need with your own individual entrance, a private bedroom, bathroom and living space. Living space includes mini fridge, coffee bar, and TV. Plenty of onsite parking. The property is located 1 mile from Magnolia Table, 3 miles from Downtown and Magnolia, and 3.3 miles from Baylor University.

We live on site so we are close for any questions.

Perfect place for two!
Very private detached garage. Quiet neighborhood. It suited two people perfectly and was furnished with every detail we could want! We would love to stay again the next time we are in town.

Week as a sorority mom!
I was in Waco to help my daughter with recruitment in her sorority at Baylor University. This little casita was perfect for my week. It was clean and close to BU. The host was helpful, and I am thankful to have been able to stay there!

Cozy Cottage
We enjoyed our stay in this cute little space. The Casita is a garage that was turned into a nice studio apartment type space. It was very cozy and comfortable. Host was thoughtful in the details and provided many extra perks. The bed was cozy and linens were clean and soft, as were the bath towels. There is a step up to and out of the shower. If you're tall, you'll get your squats in for the day. Property manager was responsive and kind. The neighborhood is nice and quiet at night. It's very close to a school but we weren't there during the day to evaluate noise level. It was easy to get to and close to downtown area events. We would stay here again when in Waco.

Adorable little casita, great location, quiet!
This was perfect for us to move our daughter into Baylor. She only spent the first night with us, then she was in the dorm. Perfect size for just us. It’s an easy drive to any area we needed to be. The bed was very comfortable. Host left us a nice welcome treat. Coffee bar was perfect too.

Nice stay
The space was cozy and clean. The owner was accommodating and very helpful. Thought and care was put into making us feel we had what we needed in a small space. The water bottles and treat for my daughter was a nice surprise.

Well-Appointed Guest House!
We were down for busy Baylor Hoco. From the tasty muffin upon arrival to the Q tips and makeup wipes in the bathroom, Casita Blanca has all the comforts. Coffee selection, small fridge, and microwave. Good pressure in the stand up shower with shampoos provided. Very comfy queen bed. The whole place is so clean and fresh that we felt like the very first guests. Secure neighborhood, but also close to I35. Easy access with parking on a side driveway. Fully private. Not huge overall, but more than a hotel room. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Very clean and quaint
The room was very clean and quaint and exactly what we needed. It was in a very safe neighborhood and very close to downtown Waco which made it very easy to get in and out of town. We are looking forward to going back and using this rental again!!!

Quiet neighborhood
Property owner was very helpful on local restaurants, shops and how to navigate downtown Waco. Everything we needed was there. It was a pleasant stay.
