I like the proximity of the property to my needs. It is consistently good and know what I'm getting. It is showing it's age. It's not run down but there are things that could be better. The side entrance door wouldn't accept my card. The doors in the room drifted open our closed. Iron and ironing board were sub-par. Walls in the hallway were dingy. Sofa in the room is sagging. Charging dock in the room was hit or miss. I'm knit-picking. Overall, for the price, it was good. I will say that the staff was very nice, and the lady at the front desk was pleasant. I will stay again. Thank you

The bar is non-existent and no where does it say that on any website. Very disappointing. Also this is the 1st time I have ever been charged for an early check in. Late check outs yes. So that is a first. Room lay out is werid meaning sink is outside of actual bathroom by the bed. Tv is in middle and can't see in bed unless you move it. Tv kept freezing and changing on its on.

Great inexpensive hotel
Great inexpensive hotel in Waco. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be so great since it was so cheap, but it was actually lovely. Room was huge and clean, staff was great, and the property was in good shape. There were a few small issues, such as the towel rack by the sink falling off and in-room coffee being terrible, but neither made any real difference. Breakfast was great except the scrambled eggs, but that’s often the case in smaller hotels with instant eggs. There was a bit of road noise, but that’s also not uncommon near a busy highway, and it wasn’t bad enough to affect my sleep at all. Overall I’d highly recommend it.
