No hot water, mold, bathroom door doesnt close, had been kicked in prior, electrical outlets ir iron didn't work, the entry door the strip halfway tore allowing at least 1 inch opening fir critters. 2 dead crickets in our room. We couldnt talk shower or bath due room temp warer coming iut faucet and the shower looked scary, missing caulk and strip at bottom of tub.

Breakfast was really good and the room was clean. We did have to wait almost 25 minutes to check in because the person that could check us in wasn't there. Otherwise, good price for the room.

We had our reservation through Expedia and check ln late in the evening. Once we saw the pictures didn’t match the description, we wanted to check out and get a full refunded, unfortunately the staff told us that the first night was not refundable once we check in, that if we checkout the next day then the other days will not be charged, which we did. The room was surety, only two towels, we tried to have the dirty sheets change but we were told there was no staff to change the sheets, due to an event in Waco, all rooms were booked. Expedia was no help either, as they would not refund us all the money because we check in, even thought you don’t see the room after you check in. Terrible experience.

The first room they gave us was a nightmare. The room was dirty. The door frame was damaged which allowed the crickets into the room. Yes, there were live and dead crickets in the room and they were able to get in through the closed door. That room should never have been rented. After we complained, the desk clerk gave us a different room, although he seemed reluctant to do so. The room they gave us was very nice. It was a 2nd floor room, so NO CRICKETS. Had we been given that room to start with, I think we would have very much enjoyed our stay and would have been able to give a positive review.

My first room had mold on the curtains and the staff was very nice and moved my to a different room. However the smell of cleaner was so strong i could hardly.
