Great launch pad for exploring Waco. It’s across from the cattle bridge over the Brazos with walking trails all along the river. Austin District is full of restaurants, art and coffee shops. The Magnolia district is a bit of a walk at about 10-12 city blocks, Everyone we met was friendly and the property is well kept. The restaurant staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome.

Great Stay
We've stayed at this hotel before, as is it in a great location and easy to get to and park a car at. The staff is always kind. The housekeeper had such a bubbly personality and always greeted us in the halls. The bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Bathrooms are very small but functional.

Silobration weekend
Enjoyed our stay this past weekend for Silobration at the Silos. The location was perfect for walking around, and the free in & out parking made it easy to drive when we needed to. Wish breakfast was included, but we found local places to eat instead. Please get some recycle bins. I hated throwing all my water bottles in the trash. Otherwise it was great.

You could tell the building is very old. It was clean inside and outside. But I saw homeless people outside all the time. The kitchen staff was very lacking. They ignored you until it was convenient for them and the food was ok.

My stay here was great. I will choose this property again. The front desk staff was amazing, especially the guy that worked the all nighter. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he was so kind to my daughter and I. The room was clean, everything worked including the AC which was so important as it was over 100 degrees everyday. They don't charge extra for parking and parking is right there near the hotel with plenty of space so it was easy to come and go and always be able to find a space. This was our second time staying there and both times it was great.
