Shower pressure was poor. Cleaned the bathroom but didn’t make the bed. The floor we as sticky and looked dirty. Back door didn’t lock and employee was always sitting outside smoking front desk clerk wasn’t there and waited to get checked in

The hotel itself was nice, the staff were all amazing! My only complaint, no fault to the hotel, were other guests being loud during the night, Friday night at 1 am and Sunday morning at 5 am guests walking the hallway absurdly noisy! Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

Actually, I didn't stay at Hyatt Place Waco on this date. I mistakenly booked for a day sooner than the day needed and when I tried to change the booking (admittedly, the day of) Hyatt was unwilling to change it forcing me to rebook for the actual date and not get a refund for the my error, even though no one stayed in the room. It is a little frustrating. I admit the error on my part, however, to not be extended a little grace, I guess is simply indicative of the times we live in.

The hotel was nice and clean however the amenities were very limited. No bathroom shower cap or lotion and no microwave like this hotel brand normally has.

First got there no one at desk for about 10 minutes. We tried to call front desk and phone didn't' work in our room so we called on our cell phones twice and no one answered. mold was around our shower. And a ball of hair was in the bathroom floor.

As much as it’s great to not have carpet in the rooms, the challenge is hearing foot work in the floor above - it’s annoying. Also, the walls seem not to have good insulation hence you can hear conversations in the other rooms. Noteworthy, in the morning, alarms were going off endlessly, which suggests these were unoccupied rooms that past occupants set alarms - room service could help by checking to make sure alarms are turned off. The front of the hotel smells like sewer!
