The bed had not been vacuumed under in awhile! The lamps on the wall had wires still attached but not plugged in to anything. They were capped off so you couldn't zap yourself. Water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable!

Front desk lady was nice room wasnt that bad but it was noisy a couple next door argued and the bf i guess actually broke the window trying to come in on the gf so cops were cslled and there dog got left and barked literally all night so didnt get much rest for work

Worst stay ever. I have pictures of bugs, cigarette burns in bedding and covers. Stains on bedding. Door with no latch. Shower curtain ripped. Dirty towels and filthy floors. You may ask why did we stay. We had just been through 13 hours of a winter storm. It was 9:30 at night. It took the rude staff member 30 minutes to check me in while she had a conversation with her mom and then boyfriend. We were too tired and went to sleep hoping to handle the next day. On checking out the staff said they have a policy and should never have checked us in that room. But she did. The staff said manager not in call tomorrow. We did. Manager did not give a crap, did not apologize and said our fault for staying. Never have I been treated so poorly. I tried to get help from Expedia. They called hotel and no success. I tried better business bureau there are 166 unanswered complaints against them. I tried head office the comments say this company is corrupt. Don’t support this chain and I appeal to Expedia to remove them.

The sheets, comforter and the pillows were all covered in black and red stains. They gave me a different room and this was even worse. Stay away from it.

Very dirty place, all other reviews were right. Stains on towels and bedding, very dirty and sticky floor. Room smelled and coffee maker in room was just disgusting. And pillows were absolutely disgusting .

$48 a night level experience

First two rooms were unacceptable. Third was not great but needed to get to sleep. Lots of cats in parking lot. Excessive amount of paperwork at front desk sign in. Fee for this, fine for that, additional $50 deposit, provide your vehicles VIN so your cars not towed overnight. Lots of rules for a dump. Landscaping is nice but that’s to take away from the building’s interior.

The sheets were filthy. The comforter was gross and had dead crickets stuck to it. The front desk wouldn’t give us new sheets or blankets. The wash cloths were disgusting and had makeup on them. The hair dryer shot flames out when turned on. There was dead baby roaches all over the floor.

Regardless of the type of room (smoking) it was a dirty ass room. Holes in the sheets. There was yellow stuff leaking from the roof in the bathroom. There were people yelling threats outside. The sheets were horrendous and stained so was underneath the mattress.

You get what you pay for

Property needs updating and new management the girl that manages the property is very unprofessional and rude the property needs new towels and sheets the beds are hard and smells like smoke even tho I had a smoke free room just beware of the rude girl that manages the place she will not refund you if your not happy with your stay one more thing roaches is a 100% if you think you won't see a roach you're wrong buddy........ sleep tight
