Gorgeous 3 Bed,2 Bath Beachside Flat in New Polzeath+Parking, Terrace, Sea Views

Perfectly located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom renovated luxury apartment that sleeps 6 (with garage parking) overlooking the beach and sea in New Polzeath. The apartment has a private garden and terrace with charcoal BBQ and stunning open views overlooking the bay of Polzeath from Pentire to Stepper Point. There is a rear service entrance as well as sliding doors onto the patio which allow the sea breezes to fill the living room on warm days.  It is the perfect place to relax and savour the sea views and breaking surf from the garden - or from inside, through the bay window whilst cosying up on the large window seat with its numerous iconic sea blue cushions. As Ocean Front Gem is only yards from the sea, there's also instant access to the beach for families and surfers and to the spectacular coastal path for walkers. Polzeath Beach is famous for surfing, it has three surf schools, and is watched over by Lifeguards in the summer months .

The village of Polzeath with its food, clothes and surf shops, galleries, eateries, and surf schools is an easy walk accross the beach at low tide or via the coast path if the tide is high. There is really no need to use your car unless you wish to explore further afield to Port Isaac, Trebarwith, Tintagel, Padstow (via the ferry from Rock beach), Wadebridge, Harlyn, Watergate Bay, Constantine or inland to St Kew, St Just or other charming Cornish villages  - or along the coast to Newquay and beyond. A day trip to the Eden Project, St Ives, Falmouth, Fowey, St Mawes or to the Camel Valley Vineyard is also well worth the drive. 

The kitchen/breakfast room has a large fridge/freezer, an electric Aga, 2 dishwashers and a microwave. There is a breakfast bar and a separate stylish utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ceiling airer and extra wc. 

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, stunning sea views and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, Bedroom 3 has adult sized bunk beds (4' wide) and a sofa bed for a child,  and there is a family bathroom.  Children are welcome, and 1 travel cot and 1 high chair can be provided foc.  Sorry no dogs. 

Ocean Front Gem is beautifully furnished and styled with great care in a sophisticated coastal feel, and there is fast wifi (55 MB) should you need to work from home. Above all, this gorgeous, luxury apartment is a perfect place to relax...... perfect for a family of up to 7, or 1-3 couples, or up to 6 single adults.

Lovely Flat, awesome location !
This is a lovely ground floor flat with superb access directly down the steps to Polzeath Beach. Ros was very responsive, and the whole existing was seamless for our family of 5. I would highly recommend.

Great stay
The location is great and the house is very well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic view. The only thing that would be nice is an outdoor faucet/shower to clean up after the beach. But we had a fantastic stay. Thanks.
