I received an outstanding service from all staff prior to my arrival to the hotel. I can't thank Firas enough for the assistance and tips provided. Wonderful hotel 3mins walk to the main entrance of the archeological site close to everything you need. I was given a packed lunch for my whole day tour of Petra :) Truly recommended
