The Lindsay Luxurious Estate was purchased in 2021, and lots of work was done to make this the perfect summer getaway with a new 40x16 state-of-the-art in-ground saltwater pool with an 8x16 sun ledge. Dip into the pool or grab your favorite book and beverage and never leave the in-pool lounge chairs!
Make yourself comfortable in this 4 bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms that comfortably sleep 9. The bedroom upstairs has a King master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a Queen bedroom, a double bedroom with full size and twin bed, and an office with a daybed. It has a centralized AC and heat and comes with a large chef's kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, stocked with cookware and spices. The 2 living room spaces with TV comfortably seat large parties - an open floor plan with remote controlled propane fireplace. There is also a 65-inch smart Samsung TV in the family room, a dining room table that easily extends seats to 9, multiple desk spaces (with monitors), and privacy for a work-from-home setup. You have access to the laundry room with a modern washer and dryer that can be used for free. The brand-new Peloton bike awaits your visit here - just bring your shoes!
The patio is also brand new with a Weber grill, couch seating, table, chairs for 8, and a fire pit. It has a fully fenced-in backyard oasis with lounge chairs, a hammock, and lawn games for you to enjoy! There is also a hot tub that comfortably seats 7, a sprawling backyard, an attached garage (with an extra refrigerator), and a large driveway.
Amenities include pack and play, iron, blow dryers, toiletries, bedding, towels for bath and pool, cookware, and spices. We also provide beach chairs (6), umbrellas (3), coolers (2), kayaks, and paddle boards!
Additionally, we've recently added a gameroom with table tennis for your enjoyment.
The house comes with a discount parking pass for Smith Point park beach and 15 minutes to Riverhead, Tanger Outlets, and Splish Splash water park. It is very close to restaurants (The Tavern, Mesquite, La Plage, Phils, Cooperage Inn), Brekky cafe, Shoppes at East Winds, food shopping, liquor stores, CVS/Walgreens rite in Wading River.
It is just 3 minutes away from Sound Avenue, which leads to all the North Fork wineries and farm stands, 0.5 miles from Long Island Sound beach access which is extremely private and boasts beautiful sunsets, 25 minutes straight easy drive across the island to Ocean beaches, and a 30-minute drive to West Hampton. For those who love hiking and biking, Wildwood State Park is just down the road from the house. Our favorite is Andrews Farms where they have the best pies!
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
